NELL KENNEDY

Coming from a strong union family, Nell decided to attend law school to pursue a career in labor law.  She attended the Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. After law school and prior to joining the firm, Nell was an Honors Attorney at a Regional Office of the National Labor Relations Board. During her tenure with the Board she investigated and litigated unfair labor practice charges and processed R-case petitions through all stages of the representation proceedings. This diverse experience allowed her to gain a strong understanding of not only Board procedures but of the labor law generally.

Nell’s practice is focused on collective bargaining, grievance arbitration and litigation across multiple occupations and industries.
